First, we verify your mailing list thru our database management tool to check for duplicates and addressing errors.
Once your data is clean, digitized, and formatted, the possibilities are endless:
- You can ask us for a mail merge which will allow us to create personalized letters and pre-addressed envelopes.
- You can send letters or documents to many recipients simultaneously with just one template that contains the same information, except some fields that will change and be unique for each person, such as invoice number, greeting line, amount to be charged in case of an invoice, among others.
- You can let us know which customers you want to target and we will only direct mail to those specific individuals within your list.
